Note :– This quotation is based on projection only, actual area may decrease or increase. Price will be charged on actual area measured.
⮚ After 15 years you have to get 1 top coat done on wood.(For Ceiling )
⮚ Guarantee of Polish on wood will be 5 years applied in facade/wall/Cladding/elevation. Means no maintenance required for 5 years
⮚ Wastage of Cladding, Ceiling and application of Cladding, Ceiling is included in above costing.
⮚ 75%Advance along with purchase order.
⮚ 25% before delivery of material at site.
⮚Rest remaining amount after 100% completion of work.
⮚Delivery Time: – 45- 60 DAYS from date of Payment & confirmed work order.
⮚ The above offer is valid for 10 days from the date of issuance of this offer.
⮚ Order and Payment must be issued in favour of “RS Khyati Pvt Ltd”.
⮚ Warehousing at site: The buyer will have to provide a well secured dry covered area at the site for storing the material at the site.
⮚ Road permit and sales tax exemptions form if any has to be provided along with your written order.
⮚ Wall and aluminum tube must be painted with black color after fixing of aluminum tube.
⮚ Scaffolding (Iron) must be provided by client.
⮚ Wastage of wood would be at your part.
⮚ As It is a natural wood so expansion and contraction will be there and space between planks will increase and decrease accordingly. So this thing will not be taken as work negligence from our side.
FORCE MAJEURE
In unavoidable situations like natural calamities, fire, accident or acts of God, where situations are beyond human control, claims for delays in material dispatch due to the above reasons will not be entertained.
